Low Season: March, November 5th to December 27th. Medium Season: April 1st to April 6th; April 11th to April 27th; October 15th to November 4th. High Season:April 7th to April 10th; April 28th to October 14th; December 28th to January 8th (2013). Please note that, as of March 2012, the town of Greve in Chianti charges a tourism tax of 2.50 Euros per person, per day, and up to a maximum of four days (or 10 Euros per person), for their permanence in its territory. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. In accordance with the Mayor's directive, the hotel must collect the tax on behalf of the town hall.
- Rates include buffet breakfast and Italian sales tax. - Junior Suites and Suites allow for a third bed to be added; this bears an extra housekeeping charge of 45 Euros per day. - All rooms have an LCD TV (two in the Colognole Suite, three in the Family Suite), DVD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi internet access. - Two of our rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. - Villa Bordoni has a firm non-smoking policy; smoking is only allowed in the external public areas. - The "Villa & Staff" option includes exclusive use of the hotel's accommodation facilities and reserved public areas. It does NOT include exclusive use of the restaurant and bar. - A minimum stay of two nights is usually requested, although exceptions can be made. - Classic double rooms are located on the ground floor of the villa, and as such do not have a view (they have high windows). All other rooms have views. - A Half Board solution is available at an extra 45 Euros per person, per day. This solution becomes compulsory when a group of people books three or more rooms ("block bookings").
